Cool off in a repurposed cattle drinking trough or rest on a bench carved out of a telegraph pole, before returning to the glow within.

Frequently
asked questions
What do I need to bring?
Bring swimwear, a towel (ideally two, one to sit on, one to dry off), something warm to throw on between sauna and plunge (a robe, big hoodie, or layers), and sturdy shoes for the short (uphill) walk through the woods. We’ll have farm-source drinking water and essential oils waiting.
What’s included, and how long is a session?
Private sessions are yours alone for up to 180 minutes, for up to 6 guests. It includes the wood-fired sauna, cold plunge, private changing area, farm source drinking water, and essential oils.
Do you have changing space and a shower?
Yes. There’s a private changing area on site, and you can cool off under the rain shower between rounds.
What happens when we arrive?
Our sessions are designed for you to have plenty of time to change and settle in, light the stove (it’s set up and ready) and let the sauna come up to temperature; after that it’s your own quiet rhythm of heat, cold plunge, and rest, with a private changing space on site plus farm source drinking water and essential oils ready to use.
Can I reschedule or cancel? What if we’re late?
Plans change, we get it. If you need to move things, click on the relevant link in your booking email. If you arrive late, your session still ends at the original time, so you don’t lose the next guests’ slot.
